Thomas Ulmer is to join Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH as chief financial officer on 1 April as the company builds its T cell receptor and target discovery platforms. Mr Ulmer will join from Merck KGaA where he is CFO of the Allergopharma business unit. He began his professional career with Merck in 2004. Mr Ulmer holds an MBA and is a certified accountant.
Immatics announced the appointment on 17 January 2018.
