Ross Sommerville, chief executive of the executive coaching firm Lonestar Strategies Ltd, has been named interim CEO of the UK biopharma membership organisation OBN (UK) Ltd following a decision by Jon Rees to step down from the position after 10 years in leadership. Mr Rees will continue to support OBN as a senior consultant for business development.
Prior to leading Lonestar Strategies, Mr Sommerville worked for 12 years at ResMed Inc where he was vice president of the company’s UK and European partner network businesses.
OBN announced the interim appointment on 17 June 2015.
