Peter Martin, an executive at Norgine Pharmaceuticals Ltd, has been elected to the executive board of the European Confederation of Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs, a trade organisation located in Brussels. Mr Martin has worked in pharmaceutical sales, research and development and general management in Europe and the US for more than three decades. He has an MA in chemistry from Oxford University and an MBA from the Open University.
Norgine announced the appointment on 2 July 2014.
