Peter Llewellyn-Davies, formerly chief financial officer at Wilex AG, has been appointed to the CFO position at Medigene AG, effective 1 October. He will be a member of the company’s executive management board. He succeeds Arnd Christ, who is leaving the company.
At Wilex, Mr Llewellyn-Davies oversaw the company’s initial public offering and other key strategic transactions and acquisitions. Prior to this, he was managing director of Müller Dairy (UK) and executive finance director at Süd-Chemie AG.
Medigene announced the appointment on 19 September 2012.
