Peter Arlett, formerly with the pharmaceutical division of the European Commission, has been appointed Head of Sector for Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management at the European Medicines Agency in London.
In his former role at the Commission, Dr Arlett contributed to the development of new draft legislation on the safety of medicines and pharmacovigilance. Prior to that, he worked for the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
