Patrick Walsh has been named chief business officer at Immunic Inc which is developing therapies for chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. He joins from Akebia Therapeutics Inc where he was head of business development. Before that, he managed corporate development at AVEO Oncology. Mr Walsh holds an MS in molecular, cellular and developmental biology and an MBA from the University of Michigan, US.
Immunic announced the appointment on 14 October 2021.
