Norgine NV, a European specialty pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company, has appointed Janneke van der Kamp as chief executive officer, effective from 1 January 2025, succeeding Chris Bath who has stepped down. Ms van der Kamp is joining Norgine from Grünenthal, where she is chief commercial officer. Previously, she was head of pharma region Europe at Novartis, where she spent over 19 years in leadership positions, including global head of product and portfolio strategy for the Novartis pharma portfolio. Ms van der Kamp has an MSc in chemistry from Utrecht University, the Netherlands and an MBA from INSEAD, France. Norgine has over €500 million of annual revenues and a network of partnerships in western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Norgine announced the appointment on 2 October 2024.
