neurocare group AG has appointed Tristan de Boysson as chair of its supervisory board and Heinrich von Pierer as a board member. The appointments come amid changes to senior leadership and establishment of the supervisory board at neurocare which has a digital therapy platform for personalised mental health deployed at its own and third-party clinics. Mr de Boysson is a managing partner at TVM Capital Healthcare, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, and brings over 25 years’ experience in investing and corporate leadership. He holds a master’s degree in economics from ESSEC Business School, Paris, and an MBA from INSEAD, both France. Dr von Pierer, who has a doctorate in law, is a former chief executive officer of Siemens group and serves on the supervisory boards of Lennertz & Co Capital GmbH and HCE Erlangen, along with his consultancy business.
