Laurence Barker, formerly associate director for business development at MorphoSys AG, has joined Syntaxin Ltd as head of business development. At Syntaxin he will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies surrounding the company’s proprietary endopeptidase discovery platform. Syntaxin engineers and develops bacterial-based protein therapeutics for the treatment of neurological, inflammatory and endocrine diseases.
