Karl Keegan, formerly chief financial officer at the Pharming Group NV, has joined Vectura Group Plc as director of corporate development, effective 3 September. He will report to Chris Blackwell, the chief executive, and be responsible for corporate development and investor relations. Dr Keegan is a former biotech analyst and has held the CFO position at two publicly listed companies, Minster Pharmaceuticals Plc, followed by Pharming.
Vectura announced the appointment on 15 August 2012.
