Jo Le Couilliard, a former executive at GlaxoSmithKline Plc, has joined Circassia Pharmaceuticals Plc as a non-executive director to help guide the UK company’s commercial strategy. Circassia is developing products for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Ms Le Couilliard is joined on the board by Sharon Curran, most recently head of specialty products at AbbVie Inc, and Heribert Staudinger, currently an executive at Sanofi Genzyme.
Circassia announced the appointments on 13 February 2018.
