Jean-Charles Soria, a medical oncologist and researcher, has joined the supervisory board of Innate Pharma SA to help the French company advance its portfolio of therapies targeting the immune system. Professor Soria is chair of the drug development department at the Institut Gustave Roussy in Paris and professor of medicine and medical oncology at South-Paris University. His research interests include lung cancer, biomarkers and personalised medicine.
Also joining the board is Maïlys Ferrere of Bpifrance Participations, an investment arm of BPI France SA.
Separately, Yannis Morel, currently the company’s chief business officer, will become interim chief scientific officer, following the departure of Nicolai Wagtmann.
