The UK-based pharmaceutical manufacturer, Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc, has appointed Henriette Nielsen to the newly created position of chief transformation officer where she will help oversee global operations. Ms Nielsen is joining the Hikma executive committee, reporting to the chief executive. She comes to Hikma from Teva Pharmaceuticals USA where she was most recently chief transformation officer and global marketing executive. She is also founder of the System Matters consultancy and a former executive at Actavis Group, now part of Allergan Plc.
Hikma announced the appointment on 4 June 2018.
