Graham Dowsett, a recruitment expert, has joined Coulter Partners in the UK as a director to help the executive search firm plan its expansion. Mr Dowsett has more than 14 years of experience in global executive search in the life science sector with a particular focus on the biotechnology industry. He joins Tarquin Bennett-Coles, who was appointed principal consultant at Coulter earlier this year, as part of the firm’s senior management team.
