Florent Gros, managing director of Novartis Venture Fund, is one of two venture capitalists to have joined the Board of Directors of Opsona Therapeutics Ltd in connection with a Series B financing of the Irish company.
Manus Rogan, managing partner at Fountain Healthcare Partners, will also join the board.
Based in Dublin, Opsona is investigating potential therapies that modulate the innate immune system.
