The board of Evolva Holding SA has invited its shareholders to elect Dr. Stuart Strathdee and Dr. Ganesh Kishore to the board. At Tate & Lyle, Dr. Strathdee held various positions including those of group treasurer, managing director of several group units and corporate development director. He is also an independent director of Abunda Nutrition Inc. Dr. Kishore is currently CEO of MLSCF, one of Abunda Nutrition’s major shareholders. He was previously the chief biotechnology officer of both Monsanto and DuPont.
