The supervisory board of Grünenthal GmbH has asked Eric-Paul Paques to chair the group executive management committee following the departure of Harald Stock, the chief executive. Professor Paques is president of the company’s strategic business unit. In addition to chairing the management group he will concentrate on business development, licensing and portfolio management. Prof Paques will also take over responsibility for the company’s Latin American business unit.
Grünenthal announced the reorganisation on 29 May 2013.
