A restructuring exercise at Eden Biodesign Ltd, a biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing services provider, will result in changes of responsibilities for three members of its executive management team, the company announced on 20 November. Derek Ellison, co-founder and previously business development director, will take on the role of vice president with responsibility for development and manufacturing. Another co-founder, Anita Bate, will retain the title of science director while expanding her responsibilities to lead the consultancy and technical services group. Roger Lias, appointed president of Eden Biodesign, Inc in early November to expand the company’s US operations, will be responsible for global business development. Eden Biodesign is based in Liverpool, UK, with clients in Europe, the US and Asia.
