DxS Ltd, a personalised medicine company located in Manchester UK, has appointed Jeff Devlin as its new chief operating officer. Prior to joining DxS, Mr Devlin was an executive at Shire Plc, and before that, a partner in the life science division at Ernst & Young.
Mr Devlin has a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
