Addex Therapeutics Ltd has appointed Darryle Schoepp as chair of its newly created scientific advisory board to help direct development of the company’s allosteric modulators for neurological disorders. Dr Schoepp has been a leader of the neuroscience research department at Eli Lilly and Co as well as a neuroscience research leader at Merck & Co Inc. He has been involved in the discovery of more than 20 agents for psychiatric and neurological diseases and is an inventor of 15 US patents. Dr Schoepp earned his PhD in toxicology and pharmacology from the University of West Virginia, US.
