Covington & Burling LLP has announced the appointment of Daniel Pavin to the position of partner in London in the firm’s life sciences practice.
Mr Pavin, who was previously a partner in London with Taylor Wessing, has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors including commercial, partnering and collaboration agreements, the intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments, contract disputes and data protection and privacy issues, the firm said.
