Curetis AG, which is developing molecular diagnostics for severe infections, has hired Klaus Brinkmann as its director of sales.
A seasoned sales executive with experience in complex diagnostics, Dr Brinkmann will be responsible for the launch in 2012 of the company’s Unyvero system that can produce assays for the detection of bacteria, including those that are resistant to current antibiotics.
