Circassia Pharmaceuticals Plc has appointed Lota S Zoth as a non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee. She is currently a non-executive director at Hyperion Therapeutics Inc and NewLink Genetics Corporation. Her most recent executive role was as chief financial officer at MedImmune, the biologics unit of AstraZeneca Plc.
Circassia announced the appointment on 9 February 2015.
