Innate Pharma SA has appointed Catherine Moukheibir to its executive board as a senior advisor for finance. Ms Moukheibir, who has a masters degree in business administration from Yale University, was most recently chief financial officer of Movetis NV. At Movetis, she led the company’s initial public offering of shares on Euronext Brussels and then helped manage the company’s sale to Shire Plc in 2010. Prior to that, she was director of capital markets at Zeltia, a Spanish biopharmaceutical and consumer chemicals group. At Innate, she will be in charge of financial strategy at Innate.
