BioAlliance Pharma SA of Paris France is reinforcing its supervisory board with the appointment of six new members from the pharmaceutical and financial worlds. The new boards chairman is Jean-Marie Zacharie, the former chairman of MSD-Chibret France. He will be joined by Christophe de Backer, the deputy chief executive of HSBC France; Georges Hibon, a former executive of Merck & Co; Gilles Marrache, the chief executive of Amgen France and Philippe Taranto, associate director at the NI Partner investment fund.
