Bart Bergstein, a co-founder of Forbion Capital Partners, has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board of ISA Pharmaceuticals BV, a Netherlands-based immunotherapy company. He is succeeding ISA’s current chairman Pieter van der Meijden who will remain a member of the board.
Mr Bergstein managed investments in many healthcare companies during his time at Forbion. Recently, he served as chief financial officer of Cellnovo Group SA, executing that company’s initial public share offering on Euronext Paris in 2015.
ISA Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment on 3 June 2016.
