UK-based Artios Pharma Ltd, which is developing treatments for cancer, has appointed Pierre Legault as chairman of its board of directors as it develops compounds targeting defects in the body’s DNA repair pathways. Mr Legault, who is based in the US, is a former chief executive of Prosidion Ltd and former chief financial officer of OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. He is currently chairman of the board of Poxel SA in France and a director at Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc and ARMO BioSciences Inc, both in the US.
Artios announced the appointment on 26 February 2018.
