The UK diagnostics company Angel Plc has appointed James Reuben as a scientific advisor concurrent with the commercialisation of a new device for the molecular profiling and analysis of cancer. Dr Reuben is a professor in the Department of Hematopathology at the MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Houston, Texas and an expert on circulating tumour cells. He received his PhD in immunology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Angel announced the appointment on 3 June 2015.
