Allied Minds, a biopharmaceutical holding company, has appointed Joseph Pignato as its chief financial officer. An accountant and experienced venture capitalist, Mr Pignato was previously CFO at Charles River Ventures and general partner and CFO of Prism Ventures. He also directed finance at Lightbridge Corporation, when the company listed its shares on Nasdaq.
Allied Minds is based in Boston, Massachusetts, US and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The company announced the appointment on 1 September 2015.
