Oxford BioMedica Plc has appointed Alexander D Lewis as a non-executive director and member of the remuneration and audit committees, effective 3 April 2008. Dr Lewis was most recently head of the partnering and due diligence practice at Wood Mackenzie in Boston, Mass, US.
Separately, he has given advice to US and European-based biotechnology companies on initial public offerings and other fundraising activities.
