Adcendo ApS of Denmark has appointed Lone Ottesen as chief medical officer to help lead development of its pipeline of antibody-drug conjugates for cancer. Dr Ottesen joins from the Norwegian oncology company Circio Holding ASA (previously Targovax ASA) where she was also CMO. Prior to this, she held roles in global oncology development at GSK Plc, Eisai Co Ltd, and most recently at AstraZeneca Plc where she led late-stage clinical development.
Dr Ottesen received her MD and PhD degrees from Aarhus University in Denmark.
Adcendo announced the appointment on 20 June 2023.
