Ablynx NV of Belgium has appointed Sean A MacDonald as director of business development, reporting to Eva-Lotta Allan, the company’s chief business officer.
Mr MacDonald was previously director of business development at TopoTarget A/S in Denmark.
Mr MacDonald has held business development positions at H3 Pharma Inc of Montreal, Canada and Bioneer A/S of Denmark. He has also worked at SGF Health Inc, a Canadian venture capital fund. Mr MacDonald holds a BSc in biology and biotechnology and an MBA from the University of Ottawa in Canada.
