Bruno Angelici, an industry veteran, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman designate of Vectura Group Plc. He will become non-executive chairman on 1 February 2014 when the current chairman, Jack Cashman, retires. Mr Angelici is a non-executive director of Smiths Group Plc and of Novo Nordisk A/S. He is also a member of the global advisory board of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
Vectura announced the appointment on 14 November 2013.
