Ark Therapeutics Group Plc said it has appointed Andrew Christie as a non-executive director with effect from its annual meeting on 24 April 2008. He will also sit on the remuneration committee.
Mr Christie is a former managing director of the investment banking group of Credit Suisse.
Ark Therapeutics, which is listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), develops gene-based therapies for cancer and vascular disease.
