The UK BioIndustry Association has appointed Alistair McGregor as its new finance director. Mr McGregor has a degree in biochemistry from Essex University and qualified as a chartered accountant with the international accounting firm, Grant Thornton.
The BIA said that it is expanding the responsibilities of its finance director to include developing best financial practices for member companies in addition to managing the association’s own finances.
